Jenita Larry, one of our Tyson Environmental Research Fellows (TERF), and Molly Kuhs, one of our Tyson Summer Undergraduate Research Fellows (TSURP), presented posters at the Washington University Undergraduate Research Symposium. Jenita worked together with our second TERFer, Megan Kerr, on the importance of soil microbes for functional traits of two forb species. Molly presented on the effects of below ground enemies on a native and a closely related exotic plant species. Congratulations, Jenita and Molly!
Our special thanks to all SIFT students for their invaluable help in harvesting biomass & measuring seed production of 168 mesocosms.
